cze 16, 2016

The FJ33-5A, engine which will power the FLARIS LAR 1 business jet, has received a Part 33 certificate from FAA. According to Williams International, the manufacturer of the engine, the FJ33-5A power unit generates 2000 pounds of thrust and is more economical and environmentally friendly than previous models.

I want to thank the FAA for their strong support in achieving this milestone. I am also very proud of our team for developing an engine that is making jet travel more affordable – said Gregg Williams, the company’s chairman.

The American industrial holding Williams International, which was founded in 1954 by Sam B. Williams, produces small jet engines used in jets and self-guided missiles.
